I thoroughly blame mom and my stepdad for the inspiration for this.
While on vacation in California recently, we were walking down the sidewalk near our hotel. A "Brinks" armored security truck drove down the street....
Mom: "We should run after him and hijack the truck! XD"
Doug: "Yeah! Tell him to give us everything in the truck, in hundred dollar bills. :3"
me: "Pfft. No...we'd need to get it in 20's...if we went around spending 100's, it'd be a total red-flag. People might get suspicious..."
Mom & Doug: ...*stop walking and stare at me*...
me: ".......What?.....
"Apparently, I'm a future "10 Most Wanted" felon just waiting to happen.

I love Urahara's big, cheesy smiles. They're adorable. And he has Kankuro's VA, which makes him doubly awesome.

Urahara always knows more than he lets, on though. Then he makes that adorable face, like it'll get him out of trouble, but Ichigo pummels him for his stupidity/whatever anyway.
(I noticed that one, too. Ukitake is Gaara without the phycho, which is awesome considering the psycho is scary. >>; I'm thinking that his buddy Shunsui is 3rd Hokage or something like that (I know I've heard that voice somewhere in Naruto before). And Vic M. does both Ikkaku and Edward Elric, though it doesn't sound like it. XD)
