Thanks so much, Setsuna-san! It's been ages since I'd tried drawing an animal (which, ironically, I didn't realize it'd been that long 'til I tried drawing Meepit. XD *lol*)

Hi! Hmmmm.....bald plush....I have a feeling I'd done one before a long time ago....Oh! I know Kyle Hebert portrait plushie! He was bald, I think. ; And someone else, but we've done thousands of plushies, so it's kind of hard to remember them all, but there have really only been a couple that I know of for certain. I'll be posting the photo of him on our site today in the update. ^^

Oh, by the way, have you heard from Ashley-chan recently? I've been trying to contact her via email but she hasn't replied yet. ^^

Btw, he arrived Monday! Thanks so much, he's SO ADORABLE!!!! His mischievous little smirk is dead-on! XD (I noticed his eyes and mouth are done differently, you guys trying a new technique? )

Nope, I haven't heard from her in quite a while either... I'm not sure what she's been up to. I may have to shoot an email her way and see what's up...

Thank you!!! Yes, I found we can get more detail in the eyes with the new method---I can shade in the whites, make the irises several different shades and blur them, etc. Whatever the chara calls for.

I've done about 35-50 plushies in this method so far (started in Nov) and I'm really really happy with it! It takes a bit more time, but it's very much worth it, I think and it's more durable, too. ^^
And it REALLY improves the 4" sized plushie sooooooooo much! I can FINALLY get the lineart for them THIN according to their scale!!!! Check this out:

See the difference? The 1st one is the previous method, which isn't bad but the lines are too thick for this size doll and there was nothing I could do to get it any thinner. The 2nd one is using the new method and I think it's such an improvement! See how thin the lines around the eyes I can achieve with the new technique! I'm really pleased with it because I can really get detailed now! What do you think?

Thanks again! I've sent Ashleychan a Christmas card/gift but to her address from last year since I couldn't get in contact with her this year, so I hope she receives it still. ^^

Oh, WOW! 8D That is a real difference! I mean, like you said, both methods work well for this size, but the new method looks more....I don't know.... in-proportion? And as you mentioned, you can get more detail that way too. ^^ Looks great though, I like it!
(Wow, you actually made Kaiba CUTE... *lol*)

I was wondering if it'd be possible to make him with a second interchangable robe? On two of the image links --the 3rd and 4th links above-- there are screencaps of him in a casual, greyish-teal robe and holding bags of ice to his head (he apparently has tuberculosis), and I really like that version as well.
(Otherwise, his uniform is basically the same as Ikkaku is wearing on the plush you just made for me recently, the only difference is that Jushiro has the white overcoat with the "13" emblem on the back).

I just HAD to make her cute! ^_____^ (I was originally gonna have her leaping toward the "camera" and yelling "PORN!!! 8D", but then I opted for the sickeningly cute version. ;;; )

She was fantastic practice for me too-- It's been AGES since I've drawn animals, and especially from a rear angle. ^__^ And her tail amused me to no end. It's like......a pomeranian tail.

But YESH!!! She's 100% traditional media. :3 Pencil sketched, Microns for ink, and Prisma pencils for color. Wewt.
