WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~, TEH COLORRRRRRZ!!!
Again, going back to a previous conversation with Ramia, we were brainstorming ideas for how to make a voodoo doll like Szayel's pop open and hold those little teeny organs that I made a while back.
The best idea I had was using a pill bottle. This, of course, led to mentioning the inevitable struggle with the stupid childproof caps, which, of course, led to the inevitable stupid fanart.
Way to kill the mood, there, Pinky. 9_9;
This was originally going to be in part 2 of my "Crackterpiece Theatre " doodles, but Ramia convinced me that it needed to be inked and colored. XD I kinda agree. *lol* (Besides, Szayel looks so....so....BLAND without color... XD)
(Incidentally, not long after drawing this, I had a similar incident with two of MY pill bottles when the lids got completely stuck. o_o After much struggling and grumbling like our dear mad scientist up there, I finally resorted to stabbing them with my pocket-knife and sawing a hole in the sides of the bottles.

Do you know what this fight scene made me just realize? The manga makes no sense in regard to uryuu and renji.
Unless I'm mistaken, in the manga, from the time renji slashed uryuu with a sword, uryuu and renji have managed to keep from making eye contact throughout the entire soul society arc and arrancar arc, until the hueco mundo arc where rukia and renji went to hueco mundo. Yeah, they were in the same general vicinity on sougyoku hill when aizen unveiled himself as a villain, but they never once talked or looked at each other. And while they didn't exactly like each other when fighting together, they pretty much just took it in stride, not exactly the 'last time we met you almost killed me' theme that realistically should have been addressed at some point; plus there should have been no way that renji knew that uryuu was good at strategy in the manga. He found all that about uryuu in the anime filler, where uryuu went through a lot of his character development.
