I would suggest smoothing around the colors. Working on making the metal look like actual metal material. Adding folds to the cloths. Smoothing shadows. Adding colors (soft ones, though). Adding details to the background (though that's not a must have, but I think it has a lot of hidden potential in it).

The one thing I did like in particular was the lighting.
