Because I can 8D No, really, I've been wanting to draw poses like this for a couple of years and only got around to experiment more now, and since Lion-O and Cheetara are mi new Guinea pigs cats, you get this.
I know I suck at drawing kisses, but if I don't practice I'll never get better at it.

I really hope season 2 brings more than just misleading clues, I'm still pissed off at the turn of events in the last episode.

The one thing I don't understand with the pairing is that Cheetara - from what I recall from Thunder Cats - is old enough to be Lion-O's mother, his body changed during the time of being locked in the capsule before crash landing. So, Lion-O is really a kid trying to grow up really fast mentally to catch up with his body's maturing, thus suddenly putting a leadership role in his hands.
BUT, I see you've kinda taken care of that by making Cheetara younger and lessening Lion-O's age progression, making them relatively equal in that area. On top of that, the outfits are different so it looks kinda like an alternate world where this could be possible. That being said, the style of the kiss is quite a complex, yet attractive one, seeming that Lion-O has pinned Cheetara and she accepts that by wrapping not just her arms but her legs as well around him. It's a beautiful kiss, one I can see Zelly and my OCs doing. ^^

That's because these two belong to last year's reboot of the series. Here Lion-o is an adult. He had a normal childhood and had his teenage years just like everyone else ^^ Thundera isn't a planet but a Kingdom, a sort of city inside a planet. There are many differences compared to the 80's series, so here Cheetara is just a bit older than him.

Ah, I see! Okay, that makes sense then. I haven't seen the reboot of Thundercats, just the original series as you could probably tell by my comment. But that being the case, I say you portrayed this very well, then!

I maybe a Tygra-Cheetara shipper but I know beautiful art when I see one! (Well I am guilty of writing a Lion-O x Cheetara fic too so, go figure!)
