Description
A map of a feudal Japan-inspired mini-continent. Had the choice been mine, I would have made different icons that blend in with the rest more, but this was a commission so I had to follow some directions
Painted with watercolors, with some minor digital additions. The font in the title is Letter Sseungi, available on Dafont.com.

Can you tell us what the different icons mean? I imagine larger icons are larger cities, and ruined icons are ruined cities, but what is the difference between the red cities and the others?
