Well... My stories usually end up with every character as twisted as possible --whether with a tragic past or normal past. I have angels too... Michael in fact... He is a jerk... He is best friends with two devils. XD But in his defense, the "god" character "Trista" is really the worst guy ever --personality wise.
Oh by the way... The reason I especially said "black, everyday clothes" is because I wanted him to use his wings. And whenever he is in his normal clothes or school uniform, the wings end up ripping them apart. So he is wearing black clothes (These black clothes my lovely beast Azhnor wears in this picture: [link] ), which's back is already "stylishly" cut and has an opening........ Too long... T_T So you know.. He doesn't rip up his clothes, but part of his back is actually visible. Thank god he didn't turn his back to Adrianne. XD
