as promised, here is the final version of the sketch ([link] ). ranma chan looking very sexy jessica rabbit dress, as I had said the changes I made were the hair and shoes, I think it looks better that way <3. I hope you enjoy and please do not forget to comment, your opinion is very important

Well, to start the program I use is called " sketchbook pro" has very basic tools , but I like the simplicity . To make the glitter I just created a new layer. then with the brush ( the simplest ) made ββsome points a little lighter than the dress color, I just reduced the size of the brush . And for the bright spots I used the pencil, reducing the size completely . I first made a white point , as small as possible but noticeable , then with the "rule" tool drew a line that pass through the point and then another that also I went through the same point ( a cross) , the pencil will Β paint very smooth due to size , so I went back to trace the cross, but not the same size but slightly smaller , repeat the procedure and finally use " soft eraser " tool and erase the tips slightly to look like a bright spot.
