I've tried one on my friend.. He's just resistant to it.  Maybe I have the wrong type.. I'm trying to become more knowledgeable about make-up for our cosplay group~ I do wigs and make-up. Is there a kind you'd recommend?

honestly i couldnt say. the eyeliner pencil i used was... i think a ruby kisses product then again i dont think so. i really believe it was just a white eyeliner pencil. im still trying to get better at make-up myself..

Thanks though! The fact that it's an 'eyeliner' and not an 'eyeshadow' pencil (which I've been using) should be more helpful lol.
