Description I was nothing but a toy,
A simple amusement to tide the time.

You couldn't have cared less for me,
In the long run, I was just your Ken doll.

You wanted to see how far I’d go,
How deep I’d dive, I sunk like a rock.

For you, you couldn't care less.
You are emotionally shallow.

You detached yourself from me,
Now I’m trash.

Being carried away in a bag,
Used and abused, wrinkled up and tossed away.

You won’t even acknowledge the feelings you once had,
They were thrown away with me.

Some times I unfold them and straighten their wrinkles,
I read and I feel like more than I am.

I feel loved, I feel revered.
I am Trash, to you.

Wasn't too fond of the repetitive "ken doll" reference. Actually the repetition in this poem, entirely. There were a few good lines and I think you should dig them out and concentrate more on them... instead of repeating the same feelings.

Beautiful. Full of emotion... but raw... you really captured the anger and hurt... very original phrasings.

^^That's my favourite part... especially the first couplet... I can really relate to that.

I'm doing okay... I've been on a break ever since I left my high school, and my homeschooling materials got here yesterday, so I'm going to have to do something on Monday. Should be interesting.

Ooo home schooling, FUN!! My suggestion is to no matter what get up all the way through algebra (2?) which is pre-college algebra and if you can get through college algebra and then through trigonometry (pre-cal). Read as much as possible in english and learn as much in history as possible because those are three subjects you get hit with hard in the first two years of college. Take philosophy at least once lol, fun stuff. Talk to your university advisor alot, like every 3 months! They can help alot.

I'm doing ok, bored and hungry lol, as ussual! I'm gonna raid the kitchen (not just the fridge )

Thankya!! I definately am going to be taking a lot of maths... we've got a community college about oh, say, a mile from our house, so I'm going to bone up on the easy courses that I could take before college and get some credit there.
