One of my first attempts at a flipnote animation, according to the system data, February 4th, 2015.

It took me a while to get this one out there because of a few reasons. The flipnotes that I do nowadays are all made on my 2DS, while these two missing ones were made on my Dsi, a consoles that I haven't been using for at least 3 years now.

I remembered trying to copy them in 2016 using the same method I used on Flipnote Studio 3D, But I just couldn't find a way to save them on my SD card. I assumed the feature maybe wasn't available, and I also thought that probably "no one would find them interesting" so I decided to leave them aside in the system for years.

It wasn't until yesterday that I decided to give it another try, because I could never really forget about my missing flipnote attempts, and it turned out that I was looking in the wrong place. The save feature was obviously there, but it was on an entirely different menu, which caused my original confusion.

I remember thinking how bad I was at doing animations, and how hard it was to draw each step frame by frame... However, in 2016, while looking at these first attempts, I had the realization that, If I never practiced doing them, no matter how bad they were, I would probably never learn how to animate properly...
