Her game is a little more obscure than Shantae, so there's obviously less fan art of her around, and there's also less people looking for it which is why less artist are inclined to do it I imagine

She's from another WayForward IP called Mighty Switch Force, the game is more a puzzle platformer

Thanks a bunch for those links! I thought that blue outfit was just an alternate costume for Shantae and was completely unaware of MSF until now.
I'll get on playing both Mighty Switch Force games posthaste. They seem right up my alley since I loved the Shantae series, and they look like a cross between that and something akin to Megaman. Thanks again friend! BTW, are you perchance open for commission? ^^

Keep in mind that is heavily based on the puzzles, how you switch the platforms in the correct timing and how fast you can clear the stage.
You have to capture 5 escaped prisoners on each stage and get to the goal, and each prisoner has their own little puzzle to reach:
