You might be thinking some great art program will come with it well there isnt.
I know it really upset me when I figured that out!TT^TT0
I use PhotoShop and thats how I got the texture by copying it and pasteing onto PhotoShop!
Its pretty complicated Im just happy I found out half on my own!^_^0

Lol Im just hardly getting out of beginner stage!
You side click on the texture you want (look up textures on dA) and then you copy and then go on PS and paste it!^^
