her homeland in shambles

She is. And she's very locked up on her Ice powers so she doesnt use them often. People suffer much faster in flames than ice. Ice is more of a gradual pain you can tolerate in some conditions.Ā 

This is when Dovey sort of snaps and uh..... massacres several villages off the map.:"D
