I was randomly inspired to draw my version of the newest fairy to the Zelda universe, Link's translator, Proxi.She's in Hyrule Warriors and is used as the updater for Link's troops since Link obviously wont speak.XD
Other than being the voice for Link, I don't think Proxi has any significance in the plot. I just defeated a whole bunch of dark Links and Ganon on the 13th battlefield so I haven't beat the game yet.XD
This design is basically how I picture her in the game.

I really like Proxi's name, it's pretty clever seeing as she works as Link's "voice"

Um the voice was hard core female...XD;
Also it's been noted that all male fairies in the zelda universe are of darker color. Like Red and Blackish purple.
The light colors go to the female fairies.

Well taels our only definate reference since leifs gender was never specified and navi's voice is used for every fairy except the ones in majoras mask which instead wore bells or something. I mainly figured Proxi was male because they spoke on links behalf and proxi sounds a bit masculine.

Leaf was called a he and you could check the wiki. Proxi doesn't sound masculine at all... but I suppose that's by opinion.
I drew her as a girl.:T And that's how I see her.

The only thing I don't like about Proxi is that they gave her Navi's voice, I really could've done without more "HEY! LISTEN!"
