Well I drew Ocean a while ago and I thought I should fix it.I needed more pictures of Ocean!
I made a picture of Seara and Ocean at age 12 thats on the way to help those requests I asked a few people!

Photoshop isn't the answer to all the artists problems, y'know; it doesn't make you a Daily Deviation regular overnight. To become an awesome Photoshop artist takes the skill to be able to draw it good. I learned that the hard way.

Use images for reference, make note of the most obvious traits and use them in your art. There is no background tools to make backgrounds look better. Drawing backgrounds is the same as drawing characters, only more natural. Once again, it's all about reference, if you're just drawing by memory alone, it's not going to work.
