This is possibly Ocean's new design.P:I'm still concepting!
Her old design just seemed to mary-sue to me. Just for those of you who dont know, This is my TeLink OC, Ocean.

Well, this is an old design. This is her current:
She is a twin who was kidnapped as a young child and never seen again.

It's a common tale. I made her like...six years ago.
Someone breaks into the house and takes her. Now she's cursed to forever chase a moving storm with a bunch of lost souls or somin.

I admire the contrast between the silver/black outfit, smooth background, and her hair and eyes.
She almost looks like someone out of Final Fantasy!

Well it's purple and its a necklace that goes with her twin who owns an orb similar like that but blue.
