Cybil is a young witch who works with dolls and figures. She has the ability to work with Voodoo but she thinks it's a waste of good materials. She prefers to preserve her handiwork.
Cybil innocently observes people of all kinds, looking for that ideal beauty that catches her eye. When she spots someone of interest, she lures her 'specimen' and performs some grotesque type of curse or ritual and constructs them into porcelain poppets.(dolls)
These dolls can be connected to clear strings she uses to make them move like puppets and entertain herself. Sometimes she claims her inert beauties have minds of their own and she blames them on things she swore she didn't do.
Cybil's life goal is to have a complete collection of poppets. A fragile inventory that will only be complete when she is satisfied.
