Well, I just found out that this character's name is, apparently, Harp Note, while I was searching for a reference picture of her for color colors scheme... Cute name, but it defiantly leaves something to be desired.
;;Anyway, even though, I don't know much about her... as a character, I'd love to cosplay as her sometime. Her outfit is just too cute! One of these days, perhaps...
Anyway, enjoy! =3 I may update at a later date with a color background of some sort, to make into a wallpaper, so look out for that!

The only thing I find pretty odd, is her face, makes me wonder what her age is. It just doesn't seem to fit the rest of the body. Under the neck she could pass as a 15-year old, but her face makes her look older than 30
