I have some problems with these things. For one I am on a Scale of what the Triforce of Wisdom would do to Tetra. She is a Strict, harsh and powerful person in her own namesake. As Zelda I did not see any changes in her mindset. She even helpped you take out Ganondorf in the end so I do not think there would be any change in her demeanor but as I said we do not know what the Triforce of Wisdom has done to her. It could VERY WELL have altered her personality as Zelda's have not always been as Harsh as her. But then again Skywards Zelda was... well Skyward knows what I mean.
Tetra is probably the most accurate and close representation to Skyward Zelda that there is as they both are rather Harsh people. Not that being harsh is a bad thing. I respect both Zelda's for being Harsh. They Deserve to stand up for themselves. Skyward Zelda also experienced a personality change it seemed. I have not observed the beginning of this timeline to know for sure.

Well for Wind Waker Zelda probably got some personalities from her ancestor.So I guess that's what the Triforce of Wisdom did to her
And you think Skyward Zelda is harsh? I don't think so.She might sounds mean to Groose but she does that to teach Groose something.And as she is a close friend to Skyward Link...she would want to help him out.I would say Tetra is more harsh than Skyward Zelda

Well Skyward, if I recall some of the vids I've seen, sometimes calls Link and idiot or something similar in the beginning but that is as far as my experiences go to be honest.

At least she CAN scold him... if she can do that then by the Triforce of Wisdom Tetra can discipline her crew and Wind Link. Twilight Zelda couldn't even stand up for her own kingdom... what is the use of having soldiers if they can't lay down their lives for her? I looked through that universe when the Curtain Fell and there were nothing but cowards defending Hyrule!

She does have a personality change though when she becomes Zelda, she becomes more open, and since she's more honest with her feelings, it would be harder on her to punish the scold or punish the people she cares for.

In Wind Waker, when she turned into her Zelda persona, she got more open with her feelings. As she is more open with her feelings in Zelda form, she would show more kindness to her pirate crew, as she sees them as a family. With her feelings towards them showing, it would be harder for her to be as strict on them, as she would have a harder time being mean, which can sometimes be needed with strictness if you need to enforce it.

If Tetra/Zelda tells them you are in charge, they will. Just because she wouldn't be able to bring herself to be strict enough for them doesn't mean she can't give some orders.

I got two more for Wind Waker Link.
First one: This is after finding the land that would become the new Hyrule. If Tetra had an important royal meeting that she had to go to, and didn't think that she could reign in her temper for it, due to the person she's meeting with hitting on her constantly (plus having to wear a princess dress during it), so she ordered you to go to the meeting as her using the Command Melody, how would you react at the meeting.
Second one: What would you have done if Ganondorf pulled a Puppet Zelda (as he did in Twilight Princess) using Tetra on you instead of using Puppet Ganon against you in the boss fight.
