Description Cloud stared down at the once empty bottle in his hand, now filled to capacity by a single occupant. That green tunic, neat blond hair, and pointed ears to boot - all topped with that ridiculous green cap that made him look like some over-sized elf. This was the great "Hero of Hyrule"? He had a hard time swallowing that crock, especially in this situation.

He sat still a moment, watching in silence as the warrior in green pounded on his glass prison frantically. His blue eyes stared up at the massive blond, the feeble man pleading desperately to be let out. The was no reaction from Cloud, aside from a look of disregard as he utterly ignored the warrior's plight. Needless to say, he was rather disappointed by the sight...

And yet...he felt a sense of amusement in it all. There was just something about watching Link squirm and beg that made Cloud feel oddly pleased, a sentiment he hid behind his stoic expression. Catching the warrior had been gratifying enough; plucking Link from the ground after pinning him under his massive shoe had given the spiky-haired blond a kind of satisfaction he had never known before - and, as an added bonus, full insight as to his new level of power. The guy may not say much, but he was certainly one hell of a fighter, Cloud had to admit.

He scoffed under his breath and raised the bottle closer to his face to get a better look at Link, whom still stood beating on the wall of the jar to no avail - though for freedom or oxygen was anyone's guess. He looked so small and helpless, and for the first time Cloud could actually see the fear on that tiny face. It mattered not though - this rivalry had carried on long enough, and the better warrior had finally won. Besides, he had no reason to fret really - the thought of losing air was void as he would be out of there before too long, thus quelling both fears simultaneously. The jar was really just for convenience, a better assertion of his dominance...and so he wouldn't have to feel Link squirming endlessly in his grasp.

Admiring his success one last time, Cloud then climbed to his feet before making his way back home, his massive footsteps stomping the earth as he tore through the thick forest where his new "pet" had been sleeping peacefully only mere moments before.

Yeah, so...I wanted to try another story. It's not great, and my writing still needs improvement, but I was able to come up with something... As for the opening line - I mean no offense towards Link; I actually like the guy. But this IS told from Cloud's perspective, technically.

Anyway, hope you like it. Sorry Cloud didn't say anything, but I'm just trying to keep him in character on that one.

Thanks! Glad you like it.

Honestly, I struggled with the story a bit, but I think it turned out well.
