Yeah, you can see two of them as you're riding down in the lift with Dr. Mossman. And if you follow her through a door after she talks to Eli, you can look at them and other places again on a security monitor.

That's funny because what gave me the idea for this pic was the secret vorty in Water Hazard cooking a headcrab on a fire, and must have forgot or overlooked those two! Wow, now I will replay that part and be sure to catch a peek of them.

If you remember in HL2 at Black Mesa East, there were Vortigaunt chefs cooking what seemed to be Fast Headcrab stew. -And the All-Knowing Vortigaunt was roasting one over an open fire.
