She's my favourite of the Endless, then it's Dream, then Death, Then Despair, then Destiny and last of all Desire.
I don't know much about Destruction.

Is Delirium her name, or simply related to the artpiece?
I really love this. Redhair is something I've a strange obsession for, and the way you colored her hair, that red, it is so vibrant and alive! I love it. The way it's swirling, and it could be because of wind but also just the character, I love it. And the shading, it's exquisite, on both the hair and the face. I can see the goldfish, interesting touch there. Any reason for it, or is it just random?
I really like the expression on this girl's face. I can't quite say what it is, but you've really made it visible in the way you did her eyes. They have so much FEELING to them. Beautiful piece.
If possible, I would love to know more about this character, the artpiece title, the story behind it all and how this Neil Gaiman came up with whatever is related to this lovely artpiece you created.

Wow I really luv the vibrant coloring especially in her hair wher you can occasionally see a touch of green, which kinda brings out her eyes. Overall it's an awesome piccy & ......hey...I SEE THE GOLDFISHIE!!!! *eats goldfishie*

I really like it. The colouring gives it a bit of a sketchy nature which really fits the drawing (with the hair floating all around) it gives it a very chaotic feel but since it all fits, harmonious too.
