Personally, the stundere trope is my least favorable trope in any anime character. They just never listen and beat the ever living crap of any boys they think are perverts, and never lets them explain because their fist is already deep inside their throat. I mean, atleast Alexis lets Lino explain in the end of Torment. Not that i'm angry in any way.

LMAOO I've always been called the "lukewarm" person. It means Unethusiastic. But boi, you ever get that feeling of being annoyed by somebody because they keep on telling/showing you things that you're not interested and it keeps on going forever? It kinda annoys me because even when i say "i'm not interested" or when i wanna be left alone, they still shove anyway. You gotta force yourself to show that you're interested, cracking a few fake laughs, etc. smh.

ye lino is a dumbass at comforting practically everybody. Not to say he doesn't deserve to be called "brother" by Alexis, because there were actually times where he made a positive impact on her. And well.. he's the person who knows her very well as well, and tries to sort her out of her problems by aiding her with advice and solutions rather than emotional support, because he is absolute crap at it

But when you think about it.. It's completely justified for him to be distrustful of everybody except Alexis because he knows what she is thinking, and well.. you don't know what people might be doing. The worse part is the fact some people can never get it. Once they get into an accident like getting pregnant or ending up with a fake, abusive girl/guy just because they're attractive, they break it off but then they do it again. I have always hated the concept of dating apps and dating sim games in general. Dating sim games are extremely shallow and.. just dull. Doki Doki Literature Club, beneath it's typical dating sim facade, intentionally shows how utterly plastic and crappy the dating sim format is. The game is absolutely marvelous.Β
Dating apps.. they're making love way too easy.
Love is something you must work for. To gain the trust of somebody, to show them that you're there for them at all times, to show that you care, is something you must work for. Because you have to PROVE to them that you can be a great partner for them. And eventually, they might even feel the same for you, and maybe even go to the level of "love" you feel for them. Somebody who cannot stand a rejection is somebody who, i can only say, selfish. Self-entitled. Etc. What if the girl/guy just doesn't want to be with you? Do you want to force somebody you love to BE with you? NO.
but nowadays, love is just.. taken too lightly. It's sad.

Ah.. well.. perhaps it's merely because people are so willing to give up on each other quicker. They think a relationship only consists of making out, not getting into too much arguements, intimate exchanges, and then boom, they mistook Love for Lust.
Dating apps don't.. help you find love. It feeds your lust for the physical body of men/women. You know nothing of this person, but you decide to pick him/her because they looks attractive. It's the only thing you get to see firsthand.
Unlike real life, where you can see how the person interact and what they really is seen as by their peers. Are they considered a good person by their peers or a bad person? you get to actually make decisions based of how much you've known of this person from other people or from witnessing what they've done.Β
But in dating apps, you only get to see an attractive picture of them, talk to them, meet up and have an intimate exchange because that was what you wanted in the first place. Because the first thing you see is a deliberately attractive picture of them and nothing else. It feeds people's libido and it just ends up in a very bad relationship where both parties want to only have an intimate exchange and not a long, stable relationship. There are very fortunate and rare ones that go fairly well, but it still proves how inefficient and potentially damaging dating apps are to society and our emotional development.
Me and Isaac, sure we met online but atleast we both tried to make the both of us happy, whether it would be exchanging drawings or actually helping each other's mental state. We actually TRIED. He's a huge influence in my life, and i cherish him.

Ah, he's all fine and dandy. Although he really needs to sleep some more, he often has trouble falling asleep AND staying asleep. I personally think he just doesn't do much exercizing and his body needs to burn all those glucose. He's like an overcharged device. The more you overcharge it, the faster it'll burn out and shut down.
