Finally its done. the first rendering of my Su 27 model. At least one more will follow, because i modeled the gear, and it would be a shame not to show that piece of work
Rendered with Cycles in about 2 minutes, background and distortion done with gimp.
Modeled with Blender 2.64-2.66a
Textures done with Gimp 2.8

Wonderful rendering of this view, including all of the things that are not seen on the matte colored warbirds, like reflections off of shiny waxed surfaces! Great additions in Gimp too.

Its kinda weird seeing the Russian Knights carrying a missiles on them, since they are mostly uses for aerobatic purposes.
The sukhoi logo on the tail fin should be on the right fin, left fin was an Irkut logo.

jeah, i just added the missiles, because it looked cool... i know it is wrong, but i thought it looked better.
i did not notice the error with the logo, will take a look, thanks!
