no, I think the rotation is too slow because I didn't do t hem standarly but with a new method (faster). This are my normal rotating ones:
it takes a couple of seconds to do the rotation. With the previous method it could take like 2 minutes each ones but now is a matter of seconds.
In fact, it is very very simply. I just use a script program that you need to write the name of the file and that's it. There are command-line programs that transforms the images and are very powerful. I don't know how to use them well but this thing is just to rotate the image 90, 180, 270 and join the 4 images in one.

In my opinion they are rotating to fast, especially the first, third and fourth one. haha.

Yes, is a all-in-one program. If you search in internet about programs for do this online I bet that all relies in the utility "convert". It is the same program I use. Is a command-line program, so it is not very windows-like but it is really powerful. Animations can be done also in GIMP, the software I use normally, but for doing a batch of icons animated I needed a way to do it very fast so I made a script* using that program.
I don't know if in windows it can be done, sorry. Edit: seems there is a windows version too, but I don't know if the sintaxis is the same.
