“Robin!” She called back to him.
“Just GO AWAY” He yelled back.
“Why?” Raven said a little sorter this time
“You wouldn’t understand” He hissed into the darkness.
“How could you EVER think that?” She said “I’ve always got it.”
“No” He snapped back, “you haven’t”
“Robin.” She whispered to his back, taking a step closer to him.
“Why don’t you just leave?” He asked cruelly “The rest did, I wouldn’t blame you.”
“Robin” She shrieked. Robin jumped in surprise of the tone she had used.
Robin slightly turned in her direction, but when he was about to caught her eye, he snapped back.
“Leave.” This time Robin dint ask, he gave her his ‘leader’ tone, a command.
“What are you so afraid of?” Raven Yelled.
“Excuse me?” Robin said a slight crack in his voice.
“What. Are. You. Afraid. Of? She Repeated.
“What- Nothing” Robin replied.
“Robin, you haven’t talked to me in Weeks!” she started “You’ve been hiding in your room doing ‘work’. Am I supposed to believe that?”
“I had hoped” Robin whispered. It barely got to Raven, but she did hear it.
“Robin, you KNOW I know you better.” She scoffed. “What are you hiding? What are you afraid of?”
“I ALREADY TOLD YOU!” He screamed suddenly “NOTHING”
Raven made those few steps so she was right behind him, reached around, grabbed his cheek and flipped him around.
“What are you afriend of!” She screamed in his face “What! Are you afriend of me Robin?!?! Are you afriend because you know?! Because you know I love you?!?” Raven realized her hand was wet. She looked up and saw Robin was crying. The tears struck Raven hard.
Finally, after what seemed like days, Robin spoke.
“Yes,” was what he said, “Yes Raven” he said, the tears still streaming down his face.
“Don’t be” Raven whispered and then moved closer to him.
