This one was completely spontaneous followed by a hell of alot of posing. A simple conversion to B&W did it.

it looks very spontaneous for a "posed" shot. i love the dof. great shot..
first glance and i thought this was film.. but no, canon digital. did you do much in post to give it more of a film look?

Conversion to Black&White with channel mixing; addition of grain.
Looking at this one makes me appreaciate film so much more; knowing how well it would have turned out with it.

it's a learned taste.. film vs digital. i really like the way this digital image looks. it is very "film-like" too, i think!

Classic vs.conversions; It's a matter of appreaciation. The flaws that come with film are apart of its perfection; tones are stronger. And as for a digital; it's all part of a development.

I was waiting on the lift; well..more like running to it, trying not to miss it. Had a camera around my neck, momentarily ready, saw this guy in great light, doors closing...t'was a matter of a split second before they closed. Snapped it.
