Hey, I'm Emerald Spark. Friends call me Sparky. Uhh... let's see... I live in Ponyville, have done my whole life. And I have a sister Sugar Swirl. As annoying and crazy as she is, after I lost my parents, she's the only family I got. I try not to think about that too much; sometimes I forget how it even happened. They really were wonderful ponies. Then Screwball came along and bought us into her life. And I'm glad Swirl gets along so well with her (those 2 are cut from the same cloth, aren't they?), but for me, if it weren't for Mysticheart and her parents, I don't think I'd still be around today, and Sugar Swirl wouldn't have anyone either.

And yeah Mistys my marefriend, and critique me for falling for her cos she's a beautiful alicorn and what have you. But... she's more than that. I struggled to fit back in after leaving the orphanage; didn't help that Screwball and Swirl had their own thing going on, and later Quartz Stars. But Misty was there when nopony else was. She made me and my sister feel welcome at her home. And I just feel like I can be myself around her because she treats me as a regular pony, never talks down to me. Whenever I talk about my parents, she never judges me, or makes me feel like I'm burdening her, she just... always listens. Just when I was beginning to think I couldn't really trust anypony anymore. And she helped me discover my true calling. Since my parents died, I had to teach myself how to fly, so when the other ponies at school learned this, I was quite a popular colt. For a while at least, and much to the annoyance of ahem... Meanie Tiara heh. I even taught Misty herself how to fly. And the fact that she was able to do it after just a few trys was amazing. Didn't even buzz her wings. But it made me discover that flying was all I ever wanted to do. Maybe not as a wonderbolt, but somepony just as cool. She also taught me how to dance, if you can believe it. I didn't think dancing would come so naturally to me, but honestly it's not as hard as cracked up to be. Or maybe she's just a real good teacher.

But all in all, Misty is truely just a great friend. And her parents are like second family to me. Though nopony could ever really replace my own parents. But I'll forever be thankful to them, to Screwy and especially Misty for opening up to me and Swirl. She's honestly the pony I want to spend my life with.

And yes I think she's got a cute belly. What of it?!

Spending time with friends (especially Misty)
Nice quiet areas
Dancing (any kind)
Seeing Swirl get her comeuppance for being cheeky

Dislikes:

Large crowds
Doing something that might hurt Misty or seeing her get hurt/humiliated
Or any friends getting hurt for that matter
Being reminded of his parents deaths
The thought of losing the ability to fly
