I'm not able to change in blender hair and clothes...I mean, I'm not able to attach them o.o
Like the hair, when I move the head in XNA the hair remains at their place

i'm coming!
you should make armature parent of your new hair/clothes etc first. then you need to add vertex groups so they would be able to move with the right bones. you could copy bone weight (top option in object menu) from original model's hair (for example) to new hair. or you could add groups yourself one by one, but then you'll need to select needed parts for every bone appropriate in edit mode.
phew i'm not sure that i explained accessible but i hope it'll help xD somewhere on tombraiderforums were a nice tutorials also
