Glaze testing. Not sure about reddish colors inside and blue/green/white outside....Paperclay. Cone 5
*color corrected in PS and it doesn't even show up....s**t! The inside really has a warmer rust-red color to it...oh well..

Tel me though, is the color combo of inside and outside appealing to you at all? I'm having a hard time liking the entire piece. I like separate things about it, but not thrilled with the whole.
If you have any thoughts, I'd appreciate your input.

i enjoy contrasting element of the entire piece. the outside makes me think of the surface of a planet being torn apart while the inside makes me want to fill it with ice cream.

I like option B also. Since you didn't notice the title, that makes you extra insightful. Most people tell me they look like dinosaur eggs, but I think "exploded planets". So go team Venture!!!...or would that be team LaPointe-Wedman?
