Personality: VERY quiet, taking into consideration the fact that she can't speak or hear. She's not really shy, per-say, but she prefers to be alone and enjoy her own company. She's actually very polite and caring, but has very limited ways to display it. She's generally very indecisive and her obsessions and likes change rapidly. She's also very moody, and she can go from being very happy to furious in the blink of an eye.

Likes: Books, reading, being alone, traveling, trying to create weapons (even though she always fails), anything cuddly and warm, pastries, tea, clothing that keeps her covered (it makes her feel safe), space in general, learning, studying, learning things that are arguably trivial.
Dislikes: When people forget that she can't hear them and blabber on, big cities, large crowds, high pitched noises, when her headset malfunctions, the fact that she's unable to be a guard because she's deaf, cold weather, water,
Fears: Being lost or forgotten, being surrounded by lots of people, having her headset malfunction to the point where it disables her PAK
Backstory: Born naturally as a smeet, Maisha had a typical childhood, and lived around two Earth years before Operation Impending Doom II took place, and Zim's rampage along with it. Due to the damage caused by him stomping around, firing guns and lasers and whatnot, an explosion occurred very close to the young Irken, rendering her deaf. She then received the giant headset that attaches to her PAK, wraps around her waist, and slips onto her head. (See ref) Although it has such a complicated and 'advanced' design, it rarely works. As she grew up and continued her studies, she realized that she wanted nothing more than to become a Royal Guard. Springing into action, she began to work on creating weapons, mainly the tazer spears that most guards have. However, she always fails at making these, though she's very persistent. She often even will hang around areas where the Tallests are, such as Great Assignings and other organized evens with her crappy spear, pretending to protect her leaders. Even though they notice her, the actual guards hardly ever make her leave, taking pity on her and knowing that she poses no threat. She likes to spend her days curled up with a book, all alone.
Other info: Her eyes are slightly exotic-shaped and are not completely round; knows very limited sign language, but is too lazy to use it; her headphones will spark when she's experiencing any extreme emotion; makes small noises when being spoken to, trying to indicate that she has no clue what is being said to her and that she has no way to reply; she's often teased about her giant headpiece, but she can't hear it, so it doesn't effect her; has never successfully created any type of weapon; antennae are almost always up as opposed to drooping when she's upset. Instead the folds will become looser and droop; reads anything that she can get her hands on; builds little towers out of books that she has finished reading; borrows books from people quite often but forgets to return them; the gems (blue circles) on her device glow, and will change colours based on her mood, though it's rarely accurate (in theory, blue will be sad, yellow will be neutral, red will be mad, purple will be tired)
