I don't mind the request. However, having not watched the movies yet I have no connection with her character Β makes me feel a little uncomfortable putting her into another persona. Also I had already planed somepony else as Lapis but just have not had time make a piece for it. I really do hate to sound like I am saying a flat out no, but I just had other plans, I am sorry.

I understand, though I would recommend you watch at least the second one if you find time.Β I just felt Sunset might make a good Lapis since they follow roughly similar character arcs and i didn't know you had another choice.
May I ask who you're planning for Lapis?

I was going to use Derpy hooves because
A) I wanted to find a way to get her in there somehow,
B) Shes sorta 'broken' like Lapis was and
C) She conveniently already has wings.
And I have intentions to watch them at some point, but
I'm odd about movies in when I watch them and I have
been rather busy with collage stuff so I have to pick and
choose what I have time for.
