This is a very interesting drawing (I'm going to assume this is based on what came to mind while listening to the song; I like Garbage as well). As for my random thought on your drawing, I find the person tied up in strings very interesting and it seems like the bird man on the left and the lady on the right does as well. This makes me think the person is wrapped up/being consumed by their own problems; the bird doesn't really care about the person, but their problems and wants them to use/exploit/expose for his own benefits; as for the lady, she has strings/problems as well, but seems to have figured out how to live with them and maybe wants to see the person deal with them on their own or help them out with some of them (I see she's holding some string in her hand so it could mean these are the same issuses/problems she's going through or has gone through as well and can sympathize with the person). I think I may be thinking too much into this and will by by saying, "great job with the shading and details in another fantastic and thought-provoking drawing"

Don't worry about it; my mind still works even though, doctors say I'm mentally disable. As for your drawing being provokative, may be it's just because I don't understand what I'm seeing, which forces me to think about it and make sense of it (that's how I basically think...making sense out of nonsense). I also like string

"Mentally disable", you seem to be a quite nice guy, there are horrible "normal" people in the world, without any mental problems, only labels
