This would be one of the scenes of the song of melancholy part 2, I really wanted to get the idea out of my head and here it is...small spoilers
there was an incident on a small date they had... and the explosion caused a lot of damage to Loco and he choreo, bendy was the least injured but the explosion stunned him... and Loco was left in a coma and choreo as he was linked to Loco this is practically the only thing that keeps him alive, if something happens to Loco it happens to choreo even though he cannot be connected to an artificial respirator since he is receiving help through Loco.
bendy is worried about both but more about his partner when he sees how he is
