maybe the fact that bendy and Loco was not pure coincidence... it was more the work of fate... from a very young age Loco watched the old bendy shorts, which he liked a lot because the cartoons of that time did not entertain him much, the old ones did . and he ended up fascinated with the ink demon shorts. so much so that he told his mother that she hoped to one day meet him. to which she replies that maybe she'll get to know him that he just has faith... and Loco just replied that maybe they'll even get together some episode ago. (You know the little children's fantasy of meeting their idols) His mother encouraged him that it was unlikely due to the fact that maybe Bendy was retired from the show but you never know, maybe he could come back in the future .
