Ya know? I'm glad you brought that up! I'm actually working on a special little piece just for Chara.
And I know that there isn't really a bad guy in Undertale, but I really just needed something to represent the genocide run, and hey, maybe even a little bit of practice?
I'll admit, I've been drawing Chara as the bad guy for quite some time now.. And now I think it's time to let the message out that they're not the bad guy!
