Description
Here's the coloured version of Livio Ramondelli's Quintesson pencils (here: [link] ).Still getting the hang of keeping the pencils while adding colour, but I loved working on something unique and trying new things- which I got to do with this piece.
Had a wonderful time with this, hope you all like it.

Wow! The lighting here really lends itself to an ominous mood. The Quintessons make the best villians because they are just way freaky-your choice of colors here really pushes the creature into the forefront so that they eye is forced to look at the Face of Dean square in the optics. Nice, nice job!

I like the pink glowy thruster and the spines and the shading and why are Quintessons so wierd looking?

Best guess- to be scary? Or someone went reallllly nuts with the design... almost as if they wanted them to seem organic.

I'll go with option b, since it currently makes the most sense. Of course, some of the TF's from G1 looked like they were designed when some-body was drunk and/or halfout of it. Looking at Sixshot with his ten million alt modes. And RID Megatron- Handtron? I don't know.
And who thought it was a good idea to make Ironhide a Mr. T?

Oh YES! Why do so many G1 mechs have purple feet? I wonder if, in Cybertronian culture, the different paint colors have any meaning? I mean, Ratchet's and First Aid's paint jobs distinguish that they are medics, and Inferno's screams "fire-truck".
