"I am an artist, and DeviantArt is my place to share my creativity, my art, to the whole world. I am against copyright infringement and art thievery but to put the whole DeviantArt on a verge of being taken down because of a relatively small numbers of people doing so, then NO!!"emergency quest against SOPA and PIPA (and of course ACTA). SOPA and PIPA has been down, but they might reappear with something new (or that's what I've been heard) and now it's ACTA.
Do you know how devastating is it to have your freedom taken away? Say NO to SOPA, PIPA and ACTA with any possible way you can do. Thank you.

as far as I know, ACTA is signed behind our law back. The countries representative who agreed on ACTA aren't countries' legal representative (or so I heard). Look at this for more information [link]

from info I've gathered (haven't read it all yet, so I may be wrong), it is signed in phase that gives no obligation for states, it just says "it is our goal to do this and that"... but it is getting really serious with signing the obligatory "version" as well...
I am kinda panicking- people in States are making huge mess around SOPA and PIPA, but here in Europe most of people somewhat do not know or care... fuck
