(Do not ask me what all those symbols mean. I have no idea.)I desperately needed a break from reference sheets, so here's some of my Derpy/Master headcanon.
If Derpy had been human, she would have been a brilliant physicist. Since Equestria doesn't have much use for this, she's a mailmare with "useless" knowledge.
The Master, upon arriving in Equestria, rented a room from Derpy. After a few days of ignoring her affections, he realized she was probably one of the most intelligent ponies he'd met. Enough to somewhat tolerate her as an assistant.
Derpy is happy because not only is this a pony who finally understands her, but he also pays part of his rent in muffins.

Well, let's see, that's a pressure differential equation, an equality for mass, a sum of forces which gives us zero for some reason, and a wave frequency... yeah, general stuff.

You said you don't know what any of those symbols mean, I'll explain them:
First diagram (x angle y): Arbitrary diagram of the acute angle of intersection between the vector x with the vector y. Perhaps used to demonstrate Dot (scalar) product.
f: Unrelated to adjacent formulae. Presumably frequency.
Sigma F = 0 : The sum of all forces (the resultant force) on a body is 0 when the body is in equilibrium (no acceleration).
M = Rho V : Rearrangement of the formula for density (represented by the Greek letter Rho) 'Rho = M/V' (M = mass, V = Volume).
Theta: Unrelated to adjacent formulae. The Greek letter theta is commonly used for notation of an angle (often in radians).
delta P = Rho g delta h : Fluid mechanics formula. Relates pressure change to the density (Rho) of a fluid, the force of gravity (g) and the change in depth (delta h).
Wave function diagram: The peak (point of greatest amplitude) to peak distance is the wavelength (notated as lambda), peak to trough (point of smallest amplitude) is lambda/2 . This could be the wave function for anything from fluid dispersion (most likely considering the adjacent fluid mechanics equation) to electromagnetic radiation.
v: Unrelated to adjacent formulae. Lower case v is common notation of velocity - the vector of speed.
