I don't know. Before I designed this cutie mark, the only Jack!ponies I'd seen used the Torchwood logo or a vortex manipulator.

I don't think Captain Jack pony should have wings. Yes, wings can make a pony epic, but Captain Jack Harkness has always been a character who defies logic while still being epic, if you know what I mean. I think being an earth pony would increase Captan Jack pony's epicness because he would still be able to do everything he could with wings (Why? Because he's Captain Jack).
