The pterosaur seems to always be a symbol of Jack and Ianto's relationship, and honestly, there are 3 things that come to mind when I think of Ianto, and that's coffee, stopwatches, and Myfanwy. Thought... a pterodactyl would be kind of hard to do... and odd to say the least... I dunno, just spitballing here.
