Seeing that you have her Cutie Mark at 1:00 reminds me of a theory I had pop into my head the other day. Let me go retrieve it from TV Tropes:
The machine that produced her used a piece of the 10th Doctor (who was currently on his eleventh life, thanks to the Time War), and likely was meant to create a more exact replica of him to fight. However, the machine wasn't quite sure how to handle Gallifreyan DNA, so the stresses of her being grown forced her into a regeneration. The machine's imprinting function combined with the normal regeneration trauma to give her total amnesia save for what the machine taught her. Thus when she was shot by the general, she was still in the first fifteen hours of her regeneration and could recover without going into another regeneration (it just took her some time because of the trauma of being shot and the lethality of where she was shot). This means that she only has one regeneration left when she was born.
In shorter words (too late!), if her clock is on 1:00 from her being on her first incarnation and my theory seems plausible, then it could instead be on 12:00. Not that I'm asking you to change your art or anything, it was just my thoughts on the whole... clock... thing...

I mean it's amazing. You take real life characters and turn them into ponies an they still look EXACTLY like the character.

And Peter Davison's her dad. You can imagine how much David fangirled at the wedding. His favorite Doctor (who inspired him to become an actor) was not only at his wedding, he gave away the bride! I would've fainted, to be honest with you.

Okay, I haven't read all the comments, but has anyone mentioned that the lady that played Jenny is actually Peter Davidson's (Doc 5) real daughter? ...and that at one point in time she was engaged to David Tennant? Just trivia that I found interesting and perhaps that is what Miss Strata is connecting with this...
