You know I’m so sad that I’m the OT there never was a father/daughter bonding time, so when I saw this picture of Hayden Christensen blowing bubbles for his daughter I immediately had to imagine him as Anakin doing the same for little Leia. It’s just so cute and lovely

Yeah, there weren't really any father/daughter moments between Vader and Leia. I've actually thought about Vader sensing that Leia was his daughter when he met her because instead of killing her, he captured her even though he had the information he needed from her and it would've probably been easier for him to kill her/have her killed. That scene where he was wagging his finger at her is quite amusing when you realize that she's his daughter. At least there's those Geoffrey Brown books (if you haven't read them, I recommend them, they're really cute and funny.)

Indeed Luke is mama's boy! This reminds me, as I wrote in the tags for this piece on tumblr, that Padmé is not far away from them, on that famous meadow on Naboo, laying down the picnic cloth and Luke is helping her. I will have to draw that part too
