Well Michael you see in these au stories in reading, Padme's death has been staged in order to protect her from both the emperor and Vader and then, by a simple twist of fate, Vader is able to find her back and find his way to the Light again, and meet his children too. I simply had to draw this moment, which is a leit-motif in many of these tales. And, thank you, as always!
