Description
Finally I finished Relicanth! This is for the Generation 3 Pokemon Collab in #draw-em-all . [link]
This was due a while ago but I had computer and procrastination problems... 
This was time consuming and took a few hours but I'm glad I got it done! Now I have to finish that support stamp. 
I used Photoshop and my Wacom Tablet. :> I was going to use Clip Paint Lab but my computer is officially dead and so I'm on a different computer and I have to upgrade the software before I can re-download it again.
