EDIT: Hair colour reverted to original design! I just liked that better for some reason.I tried to do something along the lines of a vector, but I kinda failed.
Anyway, this is Shining Cosmos with a new design and possibly a new name. The main one I'm thinking right now is Cosmology, shortened to Cosmo. Some suggestions would be awesome, but it should have the word Cosmo in the title somewhere.
This isn't the definite colour scheme. I might be changing quite a few things. So I guess you could call this a transitional picture.

Pony names tend to be derived from puns, idioms, and common phrases, so on a personal level, I think Shining Cosmos works better than Cosmology, if only cuz the second one sounds more scientific and utilitarian. Vast Cosmos? Starry Cosmos? You could play on the flower by the same name and go with Growing Cosmos or even a color, like Teal Cosmos or Blue Cosmos. It all really depends how you want to portray her, I guess. If you were willing to settle for, say, the word "Cosmic" there's a lot of poetic idioms that work well.

Thanks for the suggestions! Anything along the lines of Cosmic would work really well. I kinda am bad with names, as I always have been. Out of your suggestions, Vast Cosmos would sound the best, mainly because it's quite casual.

XD I get all bent out of shape about my pony names. It takes me forever to think of one that I like that matches the pony. Such a hassle - but an adorable hassle. I mean: PONIES!
