I put the FranceXReader on hold for a while I was listening to the song "Drive By" by Train (Listen to it) and immediately thought of Arthur! Now, this'll be in his point of View about you so...Enjoy, dears~!

Arthur's P.O.V
  I took in a deep breath as if it would make me feel full, then let it out through my slightly widened lips. It had been a while since she's come back to my, lonely, antique store. It was as if someone had just snatched her up and- My fist tightened at that thought.
So help me if anyone even dared touch her I'll-
The chimes' voices interrupted my thought and I shot my head up with joy as soon as I recognized those foot steps.
  "G'morning,_____!"I greeted cheerily, sending a smile her way. ______ sent me a smile that practically melted my brain.
  "Hey, Arthur."She leaned up against the desk, resting her head on her hand."What're you up to this.."She glanced behind her shoulder."...Rainy day?"
I chuckled. It was always rainy in this part of town."Well, business has been slow. Where have you been?"
She looked down, toying around with some of the key chains on the stand nearby."I might be leaving..London for a while.."
I breathed out a laugh, running a hand through my hair."Oh,_____, you're funny! You're only pulling my string, right? A-after all, y-you're my close friend..!"
I didn't need a response to tell me she was serious. She rested her hand on my shoulder in an attempt to calm me. I slapped it away, walking around the desk to face her.
"Arthur, I really don't want to go but I have-"
Maybe it was the pain exploding in my head or the blood pulsing all throughout my body that told me I had gone too far when I began to yell.
"You've got to be bloody kidding me!! Who are you to just say you just want to leave!?! Hm?! Answer me dammit!" I pointed an accusing finger at _____ whilst she just stared, eyes wide. I've never yelled at her before; I was too afraid she'd run off just like she was doing now. The chimes signaled to me that she was gone. For real this time.
  "Who are you to not even pay any damn attention to what I want?! Or what?! Am I some sort of property of yours, you selfish arse!"She slammed the door making it rattle around. Kicking the desk and slamming my fists into anything nearby was one of the ways I got out my anger, though it still wouldn't bring ______ back.
  "..Why,dammit?" I rested my head on my pillow back at my home. My lonely home. I was so bummed and drained from kicking and yelling at anyone who even dared look at me that I had even forgotten to eat for the rest of the day. It wasn't until three days later that I noticed I was getting a 5o'clock shadow, my hair was a birds nest, and I began to sag around when I went to open the door.
  "Hey, Artie are you-" Alfred stopped dead in his tracks when he took one look, or a whiff, of me."....Dude, are you alright? Did ya get hit by a train?"
I rolled my eyes."What do you want,git. Can't you see I'm in a bad mood?"
"And bad hair day too."He scrunched up his nose."What's that smell?! Haven't you bathed?!"
"No, what's the point in bathing?"I replied, attempting to shut the door in his face but I was too weak to do so. Cockily, Alfred leaned against the door, smirking and eyeing me carefully.
"Oh! I see what's going on here! It's because of ______ isn't it?"
"Don't mention her name! I hate her and I hope she gets hit by a damn bus!" My voice broke and I coughed trying to cover it up but Alfred could tell.
"Yeah, I knew something was up. I mean, after all, we all know ya had this thing for the chick. I mean, come on, you sent her flowers!"
I glanced at him, outraged."How did you know about that?!"
"I think you might have put the wrong address because it showed up at Lovino's house."
I sighed, mopping to my couch."That would explain why Antonio gives me odd looks...But what's all this got to do with you? Don't you need to be, I don't know, annoying the hell out of someone else?!"I waved a careless hand in the air. Alfred gave me a sympathetic look which only made the anger in my grow more. I didn't need anyone's bloody sympathy. I'm the great empire, Britain, and I could care less about some bloody girl.
I'm a horrible liar even to myself...
"Dude, at least take a shower. It's as if you cooked a billion scones and then left them lying around."
I was too exhausted to reply with a snarky remark so I simply nodded and dragged myself to my bathroom to wash up. I would've stayed in the hot water if it wasn't for Alfred who kept rushing me. After I was dressed up, shaven, and annoyed out my mind, I caved in to Alfred's plan.
"So, just walk around town,mk? I do it all the time when I'm down! That's why I'm so fit."He added, going his way and I mine.
Tsk, what a liar. Walking around town doesn't even help me clear my mind. My eyes scanned the area and I could think or even see was _______. Walking past the dog park reminded me of when we both had gotten tangled together thanks to the dogs. It was awkward but I wish it could happen again so I could slip in a kiss. Then there was the one time when I had accidentally fed her my, as I've been told yet I don't believe it, horrible scones and I had to rush her to the hospital. She got food poisoning the day after. Despite the fact that I was in a depressed mood, a smile broke out on my lips but soon faded as I rounded the corner to the first place I even met _______. It was on the crossing way that we met. She had been too engaged in her latest novel to even notice that I was walking towards her. Thus, we bumped into each, literally. Of course, she was angry and I wasn't helping the situation yet we calmed down eventually. I even remember her first sentence to me. "Watch it you punk! You could've ruined my book!"
While I waited for the signal to walk, my eyes wandered to the other side of the street.
...That can't be.. I narrowed my eyes as if to get a better view of the figure waiting to cross in my direction.
It must be...! The same hair color, same way of standing! She even has the same cute little scarf that I had given her..! I crossed the street, ignoring the honks and hollers of the drivers as they screeched to a halt to stop me.
"______!________! It's me! Arthur! _____!" I called like a madman to ______.  When I had caught up to her, I just...I couldn't even...
  "Arthur...?"______ touched my face gently, running it down my face and looking at me all over. "Arthur?"She repeated. I nodded like a childish kid.
"_____, yes, it's me, Arthur! R-remember?" Snaking my arms around her, I locked her into me."Please, don't be angry. I didn't mean anything I've ever said. I don't care if you never talk to em again just don't be angry..! I've gone crazy. I didn't bathe, I didn't shave, I didn't even insult Alfred once, well, maybe a little, but I didn't mean-"
She pressed her lips to mine and I jerked slightly in surprise. Slowly, she pulled away and she wore a half grin.
"Watch it you punk. You could've ruined this moment.."
I wiped away a small silver tear from the corner of her (e/c) eyes and this time pressed my lips to hers.
"You were right..I am a selfish arse...And I wasn't listening to what you want.." I whispered, pressing my forhead to hers.
She mumbled against my cheek,"Yes, I was right."
I rested my hands on her hips."And now you have to live with it 'cuse I'm not letting you go anytime soon, dear."
