Very lovely design! I can see the Japanese influence and design that you applied to your character. I like how you designed her scales too. Almost like leopard spots, but I can still tell they are scales.
I like the wide toes in her cloven hooves too. Makes me think she's very sure-footed in the mountains.
All around, a beautiful character and design. ^_^

Thank you very much for your critic! One of the most important things I focused on was her scales, what pattern they should take, and the hooves. I looked at antelope, goats, deer, ect.. and wasn't sure if they should be tiny and delecate or larger, or even sharper.

I have a small one, but like all Oc's it needs to be refined. I sort of pictured her as being a nomadic sort. She goes where she feels her influence is needed, similar to how the Kirin is known to show up at pivotal times. I also imagined her kind would prefer to live in the wilds (like Zikora), and are known to be very tough, even warrior like because of their hard scales.
