One of my favorite characters from an awesome game. An awesome Cosplay! I like the use of actual neon lights to represent her powers! Those long-exposure light paintings would also be a cool way to interpret it.
You have the kind of look that would be awesome for that character from Watch Dogs, Clara Lille. You could rock that look.

I haven't actually played Watch Dogs but I do know the character. I'm definitely keen to cosplay more bad-ass characters.

You're welcome! I wish I could advise on how to do light painting, but I'm pretty sure it's just sorcery. I don't know how you can do it without blurring the rest of the body.
I haven't played it, either. But I saw a walkthrough and she's DEFINITELY a recognizable character. Judging from this, you have right kind of look for it (in my opinion), and bad-ass characters should be embraced.

It's total wizardry! Moving your arms without shaking your torso/head is quite difficult...
